AI phone system: hosted in France

Where is your AI phone system data hosted? With Natalia's on-premise edition, it stays on your own infrastructure, in your datacenter, in France.

Where your AI phone system data is hosted

The question looks simple, the answer depends entirely on the deployment model. A cloud AI phone system sends voice and call metadata to the vendor's infrastructure. An on-premise system keeps that processing with you.

Phone system data is sensitive: extension numbers, callers, durations, destinations, and sometimes the content of exchanges. Where it is hosted determines who can access it, under which law, and with what guarantees.

With Natalia's on-premise edition, the appliance is deployed in your datacenter. Calls and their metadata are processed on site. No call data needs to transit through external infrastructure.

Local processing

Calls and metadata analysed on the appliance, within your network.

Datacenter in France

You choose the physical location, on French soil.

Controlled perimeter

In disconnected mode, nothing crosses your network boundary.

The on-premise architecture, plainly

On-premise does not mean « complicated ». The appliance is a virtual machine you import into your hypervisor, just like your other internal servers.

It connects to your Alcatel OXE or OXO PBX to collect metering data, analyses it, and presents the results to your teams on your local network. The flow stays internal from start to finish.

In strict disconnected mode, the appliance opens no outbound connection. There is therefore no channel through which your data could leave your premises, which makes the transfer technically impossible.

The structural fact

Data with no exit path cannot be transferred. It is a structural property of the architecture.

What « hosted in France » really means

« Hosted in France » is often reduced to a marketing argument. In an on-premise deployment, the phrase takes on a concrete and verifiable meaning.

Your data is hosted with you, on infrastructure you operate, located where you decide on French soil. You keep physical and legal control end to end.

Hosting in France remains a useful complementary guarantee for organizations subject to localization requirements. It adds to the more fundamental fact that the data does not leave your network.

Compatibility and operations

The appliance imports onto common hypervisors and fits your existing operations.

Standard hypervisors

VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE, Microsoft Hyper-V.

Alcatel OXE / OXO

Native collection of metering data.

Audit log

Immutable traceability, exportable to your SIEM.

Frequently asked questions

Where is Natalia's data hosted in on-premise mode?

On your own infrastructure: VMware, Proxmox or Hyper-V, in your datacenter in France. No call data needs to transit through an external cloud. You keep physical and legal control of your data end to end.

Can an AI phone system work without internet access?

Yes. In strict disconnected mode, the appliance opens no outbound connection. It collects data from your Alcatel PBX, analyses it and returns it to your teams on your local network, without ever leaving your premises.

Do I need a specialized team to host the appliance?

No. The appliance is a virtual machine to import into your existing hypervisor, with a guided setup wizard. Your operations teams manage it like any other internal server.
