The story of Natalia
Project genesis
While exchanging with local entrepreneurs at a SaaS Camp in Vendee, two issues emerged: the difficulty of recruiting and the inefficiency of the phone switchboard.
First POC deployed
The project is launched, initially under the radar on the technical side. The first POC is deployed at a client in real conditions.
Automotive launch
First pilots in the automotive sector. We discover that 40% of calls at dealerships go unanswered.
IT helpdesk expansion
Expansion towards IT helpdesk support. Baptiste joins the technical team to accelerate development.
