Your subscription

Subscription and billing One subscription, one invoice, one spending cap

Your organisation has a single subscription. Every plan you take is a line of it, with the same period and the same invoice. This page explains what you see on the Subscription page of the console, and what happens when you add a plan, choose the annual commitment or set your spending cap.

One subscription for all your plans

  • One line per plan. The calls plan, the messages plan, the Chat plan and the Analysis option are lines of the same subscription. The Subscription page shows each one as a gauge: what you used out of the month's volume.
  • One period. Every plan renews on the same day. The top of the Subscription page gives that date: "Renews on …".
  • One invoice per period. Your invoices are in the "Payment" block, under "Invoices", on the portal of Stripe, our payment provider.
  • One payment method. The card saved in the "Payment" block pays for all your plans. You change it with "Change payment method".

Beyond the month's volume, your agents keep answering and the overage is billed at the rate published on the pricing page. The gauge shows it on the right, for example "+12 min", with the amount added to your next invoice. Overage, the spending cap and the WhatsApp conversations included in your plans are all counted on this single period.

Add or raise a plan during the period

The console does not change your plans itself. "Change my subscription", at the top of the Subscription page, opens the pricing page. From there, contact the Natalia team to add a plan or move to a higher one.

The new plan joins your subscription: no second subscription opens. You pay pro rata for the time left until the renewal, charged straight away to your saved payment method. At the next renewal, it is billed with the others on the same invoice.

Only the price is prorated. The volume of the new plan is yours in full, straight away, and what the period has already used stays counted. Overage already counted is billed once, and does not eat into the new volume.

The annual commitment

The annual commitment bills twelve months at once, 12% cheaper than monthly. Its row reads "Annual commitment, … per year". The volume stays monthly: each plan is credited every month. Unused credit rolls over to the following month, up to 25% of the plan, and the gauge says so: "Carried over from last month: … added to this volume."

  • It covers the whole subscription. The annual commitment commits all your plans, never just one. A plan added during the year is annual too, and billed pro rata until the end of the year.
  • It is chosen at the first purchase. A monthly subscription that is already running does not move to annual.
  • Its period is the year. The spending cap covers the year, and the overage row adds up the overage of the year.

The spending cap

The spending cap is the maximum overage you accept to pay over one period of your subscription: a month, or a year with the annual commitment. On the Subscription page, it is a row like the plans, with a gauge: "€… out of €…", your overage spent out of your cap. Under its title, the row gives the day it goes back to zero: "Overage, reset on …". At the renewal, overage starts again from zero. If the subscription is ending, the row reads "Overage, until …".

Set the cap

"Change the cap" opens the "Change the spending cap" dialog, with three choices. Only an administrator can change it; the other members read it.

"Same as my plan"

The default. The cap is the amount of your plans over the period, and follows your plans when they change. The row reads "Cap equal to your plan."

"A fixed amount"

An amount in euros over the period, up to €1,000,000. At 0 €, the row reads "No overage accepted.": your agents stop as soon as the month's volume runs out.

"No cap"

Your agents always answer, and all overage is billed. The row reads "No cap: all overage is billed."
