Organization settings Members, roles, analysis and your own key

For an administrator, the "Paramètres" (Settings) page has four tabs: "Général" (General), "Membres" (Members), "Analyse" (Analysis) and "Votre propre clé" (Your own key). A member sees "Général" only.

The General tab

  • "Informations". The organization's name, and the "Adresse e-mail du récapitulatif hebdomadaire" (weekly recap email address), which receives the past week's recap every Monday. Administrator only.
  • "Microsoft 365". "Connecter Microsoft 365" (Connect Microsoft 365) lets Natalia read the files you keep in Microsoft 365, without ever changing them. Administrator only.
  • "Votre ligne" (Your line). The name of your line on the switchboard, so that your calls are filed under your name.
  • "Zone de danger" (Danger zone). Leave the organization; its owner can also delete it for good.

Members and invitations

The "Membres" tab lists the people who have access to the organization, each with their email address and roles. The badge "Propriétaire" (Owner) marks the organization's owner.

  • Invite. "Inviter un membre" (Invite a member) asks for an "Adresse e-mail" (email address) and a "Rôle" (role). "Envoyer l'invitation" (Send the invitation): Natalia emails the invitation to that address.
  • "Invitations en attente" (Pending invitations). Each invitation shows its role and its expiry date. One pending invitation per address: if it is still valid, "Révoquer l'invitation" (Revoke the invitation) before inviting again; an expired invitation is resent directly.
  • "Modifier les rôles" (Edit the roles). A menu where you tick the member's roles. The owner's roles do not change.
  • Remove. "Retirer le membre" (Remove the member): the person loses access to the organization. Neither the owner nor yourself can be removed this way; to leave, use the "Zone de danger" of the "Général" tab.

The roles

Administrateur (Administrator)

Changes everything: agents, contact points, actions, subscription, members and their roles.

Membre (Member)

Follows the conversations, the customers and the trends, without amounts or administration.

The invitation dialog shows each role with its description. The owner can be joined by other administrators; only the owner carries the "Propriétaire" badge.

The Analysis tab

"Grilles d'analyse" (Analysis grids): "A grid tells Natalia how to score, file and summarise the conversations of the agents and contact points you choose." "Créer une grille" (Create a grid) asks for a name and a "Consigne de résumé" (summary instruction); you then choose on the grid's page which conversations it analyses. With a single grid, the tab opens it directly. Below the grids, "Règles de classement" (Filing rules) lists the rules set from the "Actions" menu of an analysed conversation.

Your own key

"Natalia utilise votre compte Mistral plutôt que le sien." (Natalia uses your Mistral account instead of its own.) Only an administrator sees and changes this key.

  • Set the key. Choose the "Modèle" (Model), Mistral Small, Medium or Large, which answers your customers, then paste the "Clé Mistral" (Mistral key) copied from "API keys" in your Mistral space, and "Enregistrer" (Save).
  • Never shown again. Once saved, "Une clé Mistral est enregistrée" (A Mistral key is saved) shows the masked key, the model and the date the first key was set. To change the model alone, "Remplacer la clé" (Replace the key) asks you to type the current key again.
  • "Supprimer la clé Mistral" (Delete the Mistral key). Natalia goes back to its own model at once.
