Your customer list Who talks to your agents, and what you know about them
The "Clients" (Customers) page holds the list of your customers, with their number and what you know about them. Natalia uses it to recognise who talks to your agents and to filter your conversations by what you know about them, for example their segment or their city.
The figures of your list
Once a first import is done, four figures sit above the table.
- "Clients". The number of customers in your list, your organization and its agencies included.
- "Informations connues" (Known information). The columns of your file other than the number and the name, each in its colour, for example "segment" or "ville" (city).
- "Dernier import" (Last import). The date and time of your organization's last import.
- "Fichier" (File). The name of the last imported file, its mode, "Compléter" (Complete) or "Remplacer" (Replace), and how many customers were accepted and lines rejected.
The customer table
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| "Téléphone" (Phone) | The customer's number. |
| "Nom" (Name) | The customer's name, or "Sans nom" (No name). |
| "Informations" (Information) | One badge per piece of information, as "name: value". |
| "Mis à jour" (Updated) | The date of the customer's last update. |
- Search and sort. "Rechercher un client par son nom…" (Search a customer by name…) finds a customer. The list is sorted by name, from A to Z; "Nom" and "Mis à jour" change the order.
- A customer's conversations. A click on a row opens the conversations of that number.
Import your customers
"Télécharger un fichier exemple" (Download a sample file) gives a ready-made CSV. "Importer vos clients" (Import your customers) sends your file, CSV or Excel, after a preview. Importing is reserved for an administrator. The format, the modes and the rejected lines are described in Client referential import.
Where the list is used
- In Conversations. The "Client" filter keeps the conversations whose customer has a piece of information and its value, for example "VIP".
- In Trends. In the "Activité" tab, "Conversations par client" (Conversations per customer) shows the share of conversations attached to a customer of your list, or split by a piece of information. See Trends.
