# Multi-tenant management Groups, agencies and roles

How Natalia Analytics maps an agency network: each agency is an organisation in its own right, a group reads the activity of its agencies, and two roles set what each member can do.

- One organisation per agency
- One level: group, then agencies
- Reading flows down, never up
- Two roles per organisation

## Groups and agencies

Each agency is an organisation: its own members, analysis grid, corrections and hourly rate. An agency can be attached to a group organisation. A single level is read: a group reads its direct agencies, never the organisations attached to an agency.

Attaching an agency to its group is done with the Natalia team.

- Group — group organisation
    - Lille agency
    - Amiens agency
    - Lyon agency

## Isolation between organisations

Access rests on membership: a member reads the organisations they belong to, nothing else. A non-member is refused without learning whether the organisation exists. Agencies of the same group never see each other, and an agency never sees its group.

The technical side of this isolation is covered on the [security page](https://getnatalia.com/en/documentation/natalia-analytics/security#isolation).

## What the group reads

A member of the group reads its agencies alongside the group, and can filter by agency.

- **Conversations.** The list and the detail of the agencies' conversations.
- **Trends.** Activity, quality, client coverage and agent cost. Each agency's conversations are priced at that agency's hourly rate.
- **Summaries.** The summaries the agencies have already generated, side by side.
- **Clients and corrections.** The client list, and the log of score corrections with its CSV export.

Changes stay on the agency: generating a summary, declaring an improvement, correcting an analysis or relaunching a transcription is done from the agency. The conversation export and the client import also cover a single organisation.

## The two roles

Every organisation comes with two roles, Administrator and Member. Its creator is an administrator and carries the Owner badge: only this owner can delete the organisation, not the other administrators. A role applies to one organisation: membership of a group does not give rights in its agencies beyond reading. An invitation can only be accepted by the account whose email address matches the invited one.

| Role | What it allows |
| --- | --- |
| Administrator | Changes everything: sources, analysis grids, corrections, improvements, summaries, hourly rate, subscription, members and their roles. |
| Member | Reads conversations, their recordings and Trends, without changing anything. |
