# WhatsApp in the console A business number provided by Natalia, no Meta account

"L'agent répond sur WhatsApp, sur un numéro professionnel que Natalia vous attribue. Vous n'avez aucun compte à créer chez Meta, l'éditeur de WhatsApp." (The agent answers on WhatsApp, on a business number Natalia assigns you. You have no account to create with Meta, WhatsApp's publisher.)

## Get a WhatsApp number

1.  On the page of an agent that answers in writing, "Ajouter un point de contact" (Add a contact point), then the "WhatsApp" card: "Un numéro WhatsApp fourni par Natalia" (A WhatsApp number provided by Natalia).
2.  The form has no field: no account identifier and no number to copy from Meta's console. "Obtenir un numéro" (Get a number).
3.  The number shows on the contact point as soon as it is created, under "Réglages" (Settings), "Numéro WhatsApp" (WhatsApp number). Natalia assigns it: it is not edited.

No number available

The dialog then says: "Aucun numéro WhatsApp n'est disponible pour l'instant. L'équipe Natalia en ajoute régulièrement : réessayez plus tard, ou écrivez-nous pour qu'on en réserve un." (No WhatsApp number is available for now. The Natalia team adds some regularly: try again later, or write to us so we reserve one.)

## Good to know

-   **No "keep my number".** You cannot bring your own WhatsApp number: the agent answers on the number Natalia assigns.
-   **One number per agent.** Once an agent has its WhatsApp number, the card is no longer offered for it. For a second number, add WhatsApp to another agent.
-   **Alert someone on WhatsApp.** The "WhatsApp message" action writes from Natalia's WhatsApp number and asks for no WhatsApp Business account: see [Actions](https://getnatalia.com/en/documentation/console/actions).

A WhatsApp contact point without a number

A contact point created before Natalia assigned the numbers shows "Numéro WhatsApp identifié" (WhatsApp number identified) under "Reste à faire" (Still to do). Add a new one, which gets its number at once, then delete the old one.

## The other contact points

Voice, SMS and the web chat are added from the agent's page in the same way.
