We're building an AI that answers the phone. So your team can focus on customers in front of them.

The problem we solve

A missed call is a customer who hangs up frustrated. Sometimes it was a sale. Sometimes a loyal customer starting to doubt.

We want every business to answer all its calls, all the time. Without hiring an army of receptionists.

Natalia doesn't replace your team. She takes the repetitive calls so they can focus on what counts.

How we got here

## The story of Natalia

1.  November 2024

    ### The spark

    At a SaaS Camp in Vendée, France, we talked to local business owners. Two problems kept coming up: can't hire, and the phone rings unanswered.

2.  March 2025

    ### First real test

    Building under the radar. First POC deployed at a real client. It works.

3.  June 2025

    ### Automotive focus

    First pilots at dealerships. We measured: 40% of calls go unanswered. Problem bigger than we thought.

4.  September 2025

    ### Expanding

    Moving into IT helpdesk. Baptiste joins the team to speed up dev.
